Refurbished hardware sold directly by Grand River Labs comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery or pickup. If a part doesn't meet our standards, email hello@griverlabs.com within 30 days with your order details and we'll refund it in full, including reasonable return shipping. New parts carry the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, which we confirm in your quote. When we arrange a sale from another seller, we tell you who the seller is and what coverage applies before you buy.
Do you buy untested hardware?
Yes. We review untested pulls and mixed-condition lots as well as tested equipment. Describe the condition as accurately as you can so we can value the lot fairly.
Can you find a buyer for hardware you don't purchase?
Yes. If a lot isn't a fit for us, we can connect you with a buyer in our network. Send your inventory and we'll discuss the options.
Can you help with pickup, delivery, or shipping?
Yes. Tell us what needs to move, where it's going, and your timing. Transport arrangements and costs are confirmed before anything ships.
Do you wipe drives or provide data destruction?
No. We don't wipe drives or issue data-destruction certificates. Please wipe all drives before transfer and include any wipe records you have.
Is there a minimum lot size?
No. We look at each lot based on the hardware, quantity, condition, demand, and shipping. Send the details and we'll take a look.
Where do you operate?
We're based in Michigan and work with customers across the United States. We don't sell or ship internationally.
