Privacy

Updated October 19, 2026.

This policy explains how Grand River Labs handles information you share through this website, our inquiry forms, and email. This site has no customer accounts and does not process payments. We do not sell personal information.

Information you share

When you contact us by email or an inquiry form, we receive the details you provide. These may include your name, email, company, location, inventory or parts requirements, delivery preferences, and attached files or photos.

We use this information to review your inquiry, prepare a quote or offer, arrange an agreed transaction, and answer your questions. Please don't send sensitive personal information, passwords, or data stored on hardware. Attachments should describe the hardware itself.

Forms and attachments

Our inquiry forms are hosted by Tally. Loading an embedded form connects your browser to Tally, which processes form responses and uploaded files on our behalf. You can also open a form directly on Tally or email us instead.

Form notifications go to our business inbox. Uploaded files are available to us through Tally and are not published on this website. Our email service also processes messages and attachments you send by email.

Read Tally's privacy policy for details on its processing. We keep inquiry and transaction records as needed to respond, conduct business, and meet recordkeeping requirements.

Payments

Purchases are paid by invoice through Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment details under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment but do not store your full card or bank details.

Website analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure traffic and performance. It does not use cookies or track visitors across sites. Our hosting providers may also process technical request data to deliver and protect the site.

Questions and requests

For privacy questions, or to access, correct, or delete information you've shared, email hello@griverlabs.com. We'll review your request, taking into account records we need to keep for completed transactions or legal obligations.
